Once your eligibility has been confirmed and we have received your blood test results and health summary, we will send you an email with the next steps, including a link to book your consultation and view the applicable consultation fees.

Pathology turnaround is typically 2–5 business days. Your follow-up consultation is scheduled once results are in so your doctor can review them with you in context.

Yes - within the regulatory framework. Specific peptides can be prescribed by a registered medical practitioner where there is a clinical indication. Working with a clinic that operates within the framework is the difference between legal medical care and something else.

You absolutely can. Many GPs are skilled in some of the areas we work in. Our role is to provide a specialist clinical assessment in domains where general practice training is often limited - comprehensive hormone reading, peptide therapy, longevity medicine.

Before your consultation, you must provide:

Recent (within the last 3 months) blood test results (or complete a new blood test).

A current health summary.

Both documents are required to support the clinical assessment process and must be emailed to us prior to your consultation for review.

Yes. If you have relevant blood test results that were completed within the last three months to your consultation, you can email and attach a copy of the results to [email protected].

If you do not have blood test results from the last three months, please advise us and we will email you a pathology request form.

Important:

Fast for 8–10 hours before your blood draw.

Water is permitted during the fasting period.

Please note that not all tests included in the panel are eligible for bulk billing, and some may incur an out-of-pocket cost.

Yes. A current health summary is a mandatory clinical requirement. We cannot proceed with your consultation until it has been received.

Contact your treating medical practitioner and request a current health summary. A Health Summary Request Form will be provided to you.

Yes. You can download the required documents from your My Health Record account.

Visit My Health Record and sign in using your myGov credentials.

Navigate to Documents > Clinical Records and download: Diagnostic Imaging Reports Shared Health Summaries Specialist Letters

Click Download PDF at the top of each document.

Save the files and email us with the PDFs attached.

Upon booking a consultation you will receive an email 'Assessment Requirements: Blood Test and Health Summary' reply to the email with the required documents attached.
